Blow Mold Manufacturing

We deliver end-to-end blow-mold solutions—from concept to commissioning. Considering bottle geometry, neck standards, and wall-thickness distribution, we engineer the mold in CAD/CAM and plan the cooling strategy to minimize cycle time.

Using high-strength aluminum and tool steels, we perform precision CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing, and assembly. Our molds are fully compatible with EBM (extrusion blow), IBM (injection blow), and ISBM (stretch-blow) processes.

Serving food & beverage, cosmetics, household chemicals, and automotive applications, our molds stand out with quick start-up, repeatable quality, and low maintenance.
